  I would never buy a car from here I will never buy a car from here again manager is rude. They sold me a car that had problems and not willing to fix it. I’m calling corporate as well. Getting an attorney. Still not really receiving no help is no help from the Reseda sales location. Manager was rude. I didn’t like the way he handled the situation when I was trying to explain so now I have to pay 3600 out of my pocket because enterprise sold me a car that already had problems when I bought it and there’s no help never again

  The guy jalen he is worst guy he doesn’t want to do his job and he doesn’t now to deal with the customer he wants to sit on the chair and he doesn’t want to step out of the office he wants to the customer to check car by there own don’t go this place this is the worst place

  Ariel, our car sales agent, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She wasn't pushy and took her time to explain the details of every car we saw and test drove, took us through the car purchase process while being very meticulous explaining every step through the process. In the end, I felt very good about the car I had purchased and that's thanks to Ariel who understood what my husband and I were looking for and what fit our budget. I feel very good in recommending family members and friends to Enterprise on their next used car purchase thanks to Ariel's help and assistance.
