Even worse, I discovered the oil filter was never changed; it still has the original factory filter. They also never changed the air filter, yet they charged me for everything three times. Honestly, I'm disappointed. I thought it was very reliable, but it wasn't at first. I don't know if it's the employees' fault or if they're targeting Latinos, but it's not fair.

He also answered all questions I had about the oil change. The service is very smooth and quick. They give you the option of staying in your car or sitting in the office which was nice. Highly recommend this place!

Sometimes it's no wait and I'm out in 15 minutes other times it can take an hour depending on how busy it is. There are often coupons on their website that you can use for each oil change. Service I thought it was good until I went to get my tires changed 30 mins after the service at Discount Tires in Northridge and the worker let me know asap. I called Jiffy Lube if I can come back and check their work but not only if they asked if I was sure it was that, my receipt but they are busy and put me on hold for a long time. Keep in mind it was leaking pretty bad so I had no choice and tell Discount Tires to help me out and they fixed it. Instead of Jiffy telling me to come back asap and everyone knows it can mess up the transmission and pricey to get it fixed.
