    Staff were very friendly and efficient. Inside car seats were a bit dirty, but they are white, so I'm sure it's harder to keep them clean. Everything else was clean and maintained.

    Very bad customer service. Right off the bat, you can tell that the staff were all angry for some reason. I did not feel good, I could feel the negativity. It was miserable just being there. I felt like I was an inconvenience just being there. Every question I asked, I got a defensive response. I use enterprise for work almost every other week, but this experience was horrible.
