  What a great experience it was to receive excellent service at an auto shop for a change., From the call to see if the could work on my car to the moment i paid and left a after the service was completed, i was treated by polite, professional and honest people. A whole crew who clearly wanted to see me and my car back in the future for a next opportunity to take care of my auto needs. They gave me status on every aspect of the service delivered, even for things that didn't need repair or change, and things for me to keep track of for next time. Very honest. If you live near Red Wood City you are in luck, because this shop is nearby.

  Service was nice and fast. But at the end when they go over what should be done with your car, they told me my battery was in the “danger / red zone” and I should get it fixed asap. And they asked if I’m having trouble starting my car? I said no not at all. No one has told me this before. Well they gave me a quote on how much my battery would be luckily I didn’t get it bc I Service was nice and fast. Well they gave me a quote on how much the battery would be luckily I didn’t get it bc I wanted to go over with my bf first and I showed him the printed paper of my battery and on the top it read a whole different car! A 2018 Nissan Murano and I have a 2020 Chevy equinox! So I went to another speedee by my work had them check it and they said my battery is at the half way mark! 460/700… so I lightweight feel taken advantage or scammed. Def glad I paid attention so be aware and pay attention and have them print your car readings bc she went over the readings on a machine first.
