  On the phone sound professional and have lot of available cars and you got there they will tell you that difference story like no available cars at the moment will call you tomorrow.

  I’m sharing feedback regarding my rental experience with Enterprise following a car accident. At pickup, I was charged an overage for a different vehicle class that should have been included under GEICO’s approved rate. When I later attempted to exchange the vehicle, there were no clean, odor-free options that met basic comfort criteria available, which was concerning given that this was an insurance rental following an accident. During the rental period, both I and the insurance adjuster attempted multiple times to contact the branch by phone, but calls were not answered or returned. In addition, I was overcharged, and the rental contract was closed without applying the appropriate discounts that should have been included. Resolving these issues required unnecessary follow-up and added stress during an already difficult situation. While I understand that accidents and inventory challenges happen, the lack of vehicle cleanliness, unresponsiveness, and billing errors significantly impacted this experience.

  I renterd a car from Thursday - Monday. Dillon helped me and made the whole process a pleasure. He went above and beyond to accommodate me as it was a last minute reservation and they did not have many options on the lot. I left the lot in a timely manner and had absolutely no issues during the time of my rental. It was a smooth transaction. I was able to drop off my rental at a different location (for my own convenience) without any issues. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family for any future car rental needs. Specifically Dillon. He was great. Super nice and professional.

  We rented an 8 seater from here for our Tahoe trip. When we went to pick up the car the one they had (Sienna) didn't have the middle seat and it was 6pm closing time. But folks here, particularly Dhillon, handled a frustrating situation very well. They immediately contacted nearby enterprise rentals and found one in San Bruno. Dhillon took me there and we picked up a nice Ford expedition. It was clean and good and worked very well for us with our 4 kids. They gave a discount for all the troubles as well. Your ability is really in how you handle a bad situation and turn into a good one for customers and I am really happy with them. To get a 5 star from this situation you did a great job, Thank you Dhillon and folks!
