I had planned to shop totally online and avoid interacting with other humans after a terrible experience buying my previous car from a dealership. But after I let rentals connect me with sales, Cesar immediately reached out to let me know they were available for any questions I had — no grilling me about how soon I need to buy, just friendly and enthusiastic and quick to provide answers and additional info. Since most online listings are prior rentals anyway, I’d encourage anyone I know to check out enterprise if they’re in the market. I wound up with a 2022 subcompact SUV, low mileage, looks like it just rolled off the line, and had a fantastic experience buying it.
