  Absolutely terrible experience with Safelite. I scheduled an appointment for an OEM windshield replacement and was specifically assured ahead of time that everything had already been submitted and approved before my appointment. I drove almost an hour to the nearest location only to be told when I arrived that they had JUST submitted the OEM request the same day as my appointment. Complete waste of my time and gas. When I asked them to check who called me and confirmed everything beforehand, the employee behind the counter pretended to look into it and then said, “I’m not sure who called you.” No accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no communication within their own company. Avoid this location at all costs. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door, even if nothing is actually ready.

  Convenient quick service. Keep in mind, even if you don't have comprehensive glass coverage, if you have a pit or Crack on your windshield, under 6" (about the length of dollar bill), most auto insurance companies will STILL pay Safelite to pressure resin seal it before it gets beyond this size. If the Crack reaches the edge of the window at all, thru say you must change your windshield. And they're pretty pricey now adays!!

  I’ve been going to that location for several years couple different windshields many windshield cracks replaced always super helpful super courteous and super knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Everything was a breeze from start to finish. Scheduling was so easy, and they arrived within the timeframe I was given. The technician was also awesome. He took his time to ensure the glass was installed correctly and explained before leaving exactly what to do if I encountered any issues. Overall very happy. Safelite is definitely a top tier company.
