- DMDavid MartinezApr 3, 20261.0I’ve rented from this location for maybe over a year. Mark, the owner, very nice guy. Never had a problem with billing.However rented for the last time on 03/31/2026-04/01/2026 and was charged $243.79 for diesel even though I only used 1/4 of the tank (tank was 3/4 full when I returned it). Spoke to Mark and he says he charged a service fee that’s why it came out that much. I’ve always have returned it not full and I pay the difference and the service fee. This time the fee is outrageous and doesn’t make sense, called Penske district and they even said he can’t charge double the rate (which is more than double that I’ve got charged). I will be disputing the charge even if Penske says I’ll be on a no rent list if I do. And I will never rent a Penske truck again. Time to purchase my own truck. Be aware of your receipt and what you are getting charged, cleaning fee was bogus as well as it was a dirty mess when I rented it even the lady at the desk seen and told me about it. If you rent from here take a picture of the mileage and the amount of fuel you left it at as it will be your only proof (that’s what I did).

They were professional Mark was accommodating Mark was flexible, helpful, and extremely nice and I cannot say enough nice things about Mark and his company I would recommend everyone go to this Penske rental location thank you Mark for being so helpful and just taking care of everything much appreciated

Mark called me Friday said he got one and it would be ready Saturday morning. I picked it up at 9 am very quick paperwork and walk around the truck gone in 15 mins. Def recommend coming here I know I will for the future. Thank you
