This team was able to make a couple offers but not seem pushy which I appreciated and it made me feel more comfortable. Speed of service was right in point and it was nice being able to stay in my car to take a meeting during my visit. Great job, will def be back
- JGJoseph GrazierApr 9, 20261.0I don’t like leaving negative reviews but my multiple attempts to reach out to ownership have been failures so here we are. Maybe now they’ll care? Came here last Thursday for oil change and some recommended maintenance. Something went wrong and my transmission ended up SHOT. As of today (one week later) my car is still in the neighboring shop. It’s supposed to be ready but it is stuck there because jiffy lube didn’t go get them to release it before they closed… I only know this because I called them myself like five times today. Throughout this whole process I’ve received maybe one update that I didn’t have to go chase down myself. They never told me exactly what went wrong, never gave me a heads up before work was started on this repair, and I’m being told I’ll only be reimbursed $45/day for transportation after they RUINED MY TRANSMISSION. My complaints regarding this have been met completely dismissively by the district manager Markis. Picking it up tomorrow and really hoping my car works. If anyone knows a good lawyer, let me know! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
