  Excellent customer service. I needed a car last minute on a Friday afternoon and Enterprise pulled through for me. There was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected on a day before the start of the weekend. Highly recommend making a reservation online, a couple days ahead of time if possible. This will make the rental process a whole lot smoother.

  They get me in and out as efficiently and courteously as possible, they always make things right if I ever have an issue with the rental, they’re the best in town!

  I see some of the negative reviews here and that wasn’t my experience at all. And I think if you’re looking at the ratings you should take the time to read the negative reviews because a lot of them are beyond the employees control. When I came initially to pick up a car, it was through my insurance because someone attempted to steal my car, and I had to have it flatbed towed for repair. Enterprise took care of me right away, and was even going to come pick me up. I ended up getting a ride, and saved them a trip. When I got there, obviously I’m having a pretty terrible day, and I was in an extremely foul mood. I did not, and would never, take it out on an employee, but still, I know my energy was probably garbage. Rai helped me, could tell I was having a horrible day, and I vented to her about my situation. I apologized, because my problems aren’t hers and she’s just at work she doesn’t need to hear about my issues, but she said “I can tell you’re going through it, I’m happy I’m able to help you.” And we just chatted for a minute. It was nice to feel like she understood and genuinely cared. She got me into a vehicle right away, and worked it out so it was 100% covered by my insurance. She was a huge help to me and so nice to talk to and I was really grateful for her that day. She didn’t have to give me her time, but she did. When I dropped off today, Brooke helped me. It was chaos when I walked it. The office was very busy and they were short on cars and you could tell she was taking charge and getting it done. When I got to the counter, she had me checked out and my security deposit refunded in less than 2 minutes. Couldn’t have been easier and she was absolutely pleasant about it, even though she obviously had a lot going on. I find the employees here to be real people, as they should be. Nothing felt fake or forced and I appreciate that. I think some customers could give a little grace and put themselves in their shoes and consider what these ladies are dealing with everyday. No complaints here. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I’d gladly return. Thank you girls. I truly appreciate you. I hope your management sees this and will recognize you for your service. Your kindness means a lot, especially given what led me to need your services.

  I’ve tried several rental agencies over the years, but Enterprise has consistently been the best. My recent visit was no exception—the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Dropping off the vehicle was incredibly easy, quick, and completely stress-free.A huge shoutout to the team for the fantastic customer service; I especially appreciated the courtesy shuttle, which had me back home in no time. The ride was both prompt and professional, making the whole process a breeze. This was easily the best car rental experience I’ve had so far, and I highly recommend this branch for their efficiency and friendly staff!

  Beware of the Redlands location! I am giving 1 star because I experienced fraud at this location and was promised a resolution and did not receive one. I rented a vehicle for 2 days and was charged $113 dollars. At the same time I was charged $160 for a separate transaction. I came back and asked about that transaction and 2 employees printed out my $113 contract saying that's all they have record of and they aren't able to look it up with my credit card number. They dismissed me very quickly, telling me to talk to my bank. They also vehemently stated, that it would be impossible for any of their employees to have access to my credit card. Fast forward, I filed a dispute with my bank and Enterprise sent a copy of the contract attached to the $160 charge, arguing its validity. On that contract it states another person's name, and the transaction was made only minutes after I checked out my contract in store. I brought that document to the manager at the Redlands location, he looked it up and agreed with me, he said he would do something, and that he would atleast look into it. That was weeks ago and I have not heard anything back from him. Here I am having to fight with my bank over this, instead of Enterprise admiting they should never have authorized that transaction for an individual with a different name from the credit card holder. I live down the street from this location and I will never rent here again. I filed a police report and it still had not been resolved. Beware of this location! I will be renting from the airport or Fontana from now on.
