  Very disappointing experience. We reserved a minivan in advance and even got a call the day before confirming it would be ready for pickup. The representative specifically told me the minivan would be available. When we showed up the next day, they told us there were no minivans available. What’s the point of a reservation and confirmation if the vehicle isn’t actually there? This caused a lot of inconvenience for my family since we planned everything around having a minivan. Really frustrating and unreliable service.

  Staff was professional and the vehicle worked well but twice now I’ve receive a car with a dirty interior. Crumbs on seats and sunflower seeds in cupholder. Disappointing

  Well I got my little KIA Soul for a business trip up north in Santa Rosa. I was told cars good as they always do. I got in it looked good drove away and tire light came. It was on but I previously asked him there wasn’t any codes or check engines lights for anything he said good. so I get in the car. I literally pull out of the parking lot and make a left turn, and I immediately turned back within a matter of him, giving me the car and driving away and catch him walking back to the office so I tell Him tire light is on. So he proceeds to get it filled and I ask him is this a problem with the car and is it noted. He says,” I’m Not going to get dinged for the car.” The tire is fine it had low air. So halfway through the trip the tire begins to lose air. This is totally Unacceptable and the first morning at my business trip I had to fill the tires with air. Cuz they all leak but one leaks a whole lot more. I’m turning this one in asap to the nearest enterprise and I’ll be sure to get my department in on how terrible business is with them. Plus my wife worked for enterprise for years and they’re so shady. I could have literally Been injured had this tire exploded or something. Not acceptable and they’re all shady everywhere. Enterprise shouldn’t be in business. They don’t take care of their cars at all. Here’s a video you can literally hear the tire losing air.

  Good service. Very crowded when I was there. Perhaps due to excellent availability and service. Yet all of the employees at the counter stayed calm.and polite.

  I’ve used the Enterprise in Redlands on Industrial Ave. twice now. Both times I had a great experience. Vehicles worked well and all the employees had amazing customer service!! Highly recommended!! 👍🏼👍🏼
