  Worst experience ever renting a car. No checks were done. I was told the check engine light was an error, the car started stalling, then took it to an Enterprise location who then told me it was my responsibility to get it to the airport location which was 42 miles away. Then wanted to charge me for gas for taking the vehicle to two locations, one in Perris then to Ontario Airport. Then the manager finally calls me two weeks later to ask me how was my rental? Enterprise is not the customer friendly and helpful company it used to be. All they want and care about is putting you in a vehicle and getting paid. Your safety and comfort is no longer a priority or the core value they use to stand on. They have gone down hill and hire people that just plainly do not care. Educated or not, you can't teach courtesy or compassion.

  If I could leave a 0 star I would. I called to confirm a reservation and I was on hold for an hour . In the end no one picked up and I walked into the location still on hold and the people at the counter were not on a phone call and it did not look like anyone was trying to answer a call that was still on Hold .

  Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. We booked well in advance and even called to confirm a 9am pickup, only to be told on arrival that no vehicle was available and I’d have to wait. The staff were completely unhelpful—especially Jose, who was outright rude. He publicly told another customer that he would not allow them to rent anymore simply because they were calmly complaining. This was said in front of other customers and was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. This location shows poor planning, disrespect for customers, and a lack of basic customer service. Avoid this place if you have any kind of schedule or expect to be treated respectfully.

  Jose and Kiana were efficient, friendly and professional, providing an exceptional transaction. The vehicle i had reserved was washed and ready at the arranged time and I was on my way in a few minutes. The return was also quick and easy. I'll be back!

  12:30 pick up. But actually it’s a hour wait and I might not get my rental today. Don’t offer pick up times you can’t follow through on. I know, very complicated. Edit. Still disappointed at not being able to pick up my car at 12:30 but Blake did a wonderful job helping me with the car I was given. 10/10 employee. Thank you Blake.
