This is an issue i have with Uber more than Jiffy Lube. As far as Jiffy Lube they did what they were supposed to and the experience was a pleasant one.

They recommended we clean our headlights which I was thinking about doing for last month. Everything took less than 30 mins. This is my first Jiffy Lube experience and I WILL be a return customer. And those headlights - immaculate! So happy with the job. The staff member ( I forget her name) was amazing: she communicated, answered all my questions, and gave top notch service. I am changing from Walmart oil changes to Jiffy Lube!
