If I could give zero stars I would. I've been utilizing Enterprise for years now , but having been to them in awhile. Last time I rented a car at the Redding, CA. Location was possibly 1 year ago. They had totally different staff then and they were great. Needless to say this bunch they have now are horrible ( or atleast the ones I delt with). From the on start they didn't seem to want to rent me a vehicle. I was told several different things from ," (1) we can't take debit cards for 7 passenger vehicles, must be credit ( 2) we can't do partial payments on 2 different credit cards." And this is after another guy told me we could do it like that. Also was told," we can't do debit cards if you have an out of town address on your driver's liscense. " Honestly , I won't be renting from this site ever again.

Was blamed for a crack in tail light that I did not do.
They didn’t do a walk around with me at the end…
I should have taken photos before and after to have my own evidence but I didn’t. I recommend doing that if you brother renting with them! Take your own documented photos!!!!!!
I can`t say how much I appreciate Jo at this location. Hopefully I spell her name correctly.
I picked up my rental car from Medford airport where they sneakily increase my bill without my approval. I kept calling the Medford airport location, as well as Enterprise customer service, 4 days in a row. Every time they just left me hanging and waiting, but no real solution at all.
I was already upset before I returned the car at Redding location. As soon as I told Jo about my experience, she helped me solve the problem immediately, easy and quick. After the return, they sent me back to the hotel with a free shuttle.
If I go back to Redding, I would definitely rent from this location for their service.

I have used this location three times now, I never left with less than an hour wait despite the reservation I had. Two of the three times I received a car with an empty tank which put me further behind schedule. The pick-up service is unreliable as well and was not available to me within a reasonable time. I use Enterprise a lot and this is by far my least favorite location. The only positive is that the employees, despite this mess they are dealing with, are very professional and patient.
Edit: after reading the other reviews, the long wait time seems to be a known problem. Which makes me wonder why not more cars are getting added to this location.

‼SCAM ALERT ‼
Do not give this place your business! Upon picking up a rental for two weeks, the customer service worker offered me two days of insurance coverage. I accepted and agreed to this, as it would be roughly $80. Before I signed the agreement, she CLEARLY stated, "If you want to extend the insurance coverage beyond two days, just give us a call and we can do so." I never extended.
Yet, when I came to turn my rental in, I was completely shocked to see a charge of over $400 for insurance coverage. I called and spoke with an employee, who said he couldnt do anything because the charge already went through. He deferred to a manager who was "on lunch" and would "give me a call back". I never received that call back. I called again, this time speaking to an actual manager, who differed me to his GM, also conveniently "on lunch" and have STILL not gotten a call back.
The customer service worker absolutely mislead me. I trusted her word, yet now I'm stuck with a big bill I did not agree to. It's clear management just hopes I'll go away if they ignore me. Worst customer service!
I'm so disappointed in Enterprise. It's safe to say, I will NEVER return here! -10 stars
