We had called at least 10 places trying to find an alternator for our 25+ year old boat. Charlie not only had the alternator, he set it up for us, changed the pulley, gave us a rundown of the potential pitfalls and helpful tips. He had the best price by far which was the cherry on top. What made Charlie the best is that he inspected our old alternator after we left and then called us in the morning to discuss what he found and wanted to make sure the wiring in the boat was ok due to his findings. He offered to help us troubleshoot if we had additional problems with the boat on the phone at no additional charge just because he wanted to make sure we were able to get our boat back on the water. Charlie was kind, caring, and went the extra mile for us. We were on vacation, far from home and not familiar with the area. Charlie’s superior stock of alternators, wisdom and guidance got us and our children back on the water and saved our vacation.
