I’ve been sick and wasn’t able too blow hard enough into Intoxalock device and I got a lockout for it and they are charging me 80$ on there app and had too pay 35$ too get it fixed which if you ask me or anyone else that is ridiculous and absurd!! I talked too their customer service and the lady told me they can’t do anything and I’d have too pay them
