  Had a reservation. They didn’t have the vehicle so they charged double for a lesser vehicle. They smile at you as they are bending you over. Caution rent elsewhere

  Other than the fact that my driver's license was damaged and they wouldn't accept it or the official digital one from the dmv web site and having to spend money to get it replaced , I had a great experience with the rental and the staff

  Excellent experience with Enterprise rent-a-car. Staff very nice, know the total information and gave us all we needed.

  Very clean and new vehicle. I now know I want the new Chevy Tahoe as a personal vehicle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole process was very easy. They partner with local dealerships and are able to give you a great price if you are working with one of the local dealerships.

  Nearly everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and upbeat, the young woman who did the walkthrough with me, as well as Porsche and Hayden, they all went above and beyond to help me. The vehicle they got for me worked wonderfully throughout the time my own was in the shop, I would absolutely use this Enterprise again in the future.
