  Dear Staff: If you know you have reservations, come before to make sure cars are cleaned and prepared for opening. If it’s before your shift, management should change shift times. Having guests wait 30-60 minutes after their check-in time is UNACCEPTABLE, it shows an extreme lack of respect for the time of your guests.

  My nephew works for the company and I was happy to know I could go through him to get a great deal on car at the last minute. Sam was able to help me with me when I returned my vehicle and gave me the information I needed at the end of the day. Thank you Enterprise for the opportunity to use this amazing company
