  Trisha Heffley was really great. She scheduled us with our RV and had a tech ready to see us first thing in the morning. Unfortunately our issues are not Cummins (no codes came up, etc), they are Freightliner... so Trisha gave us the name and number for Freightliner and offered us to stay in the lot here until we could get an appointment so we didn't have to drive around with these issues since Freightliner is down the street. Very nice and accommodating!

  Where do I begin. My husband and I just started our vacation which was going to be a couple of months in duration. We had just left the Redding area, climbing the 229 when the check engine light came on followed by the stop engine light. We pulled over in a small town where we spent the night because there wasn’t a tow truck available to tow our 42 foot motorhome until the next morning. My husband called Cummins and spoke to Charlie. He told us they would run a diagnostic check to see what they could find. The next call was to Trisha who let us know they only had one technician available and probably couldn’t see it for a couple of days. We had already had issues with it so this news was so disappointing. The rig was towed in and we spoke to both Charlie and Trish who were warm, welcoming and very compassionate to our dilemma. The technician Todd diagnosed the problem, consulting with Cummins as well. He was not satisfied with the previous work done and wanted to make sure the problem was corrected once and for all. He eventually pulled the turbo. Upon his inspection it showed it had failed. Unless you went the extra mile as Todd had, this wouldn’t have been discovered. Unfortunately they had to order the part (turbo), but in the meantime, Trisha gave us area travel tips so we at least enjoyed one of the days we were waiting. It ended up being one of our trip’s highlights. We cannot express how much this team made a difference. We have now been traveling for over a month and our rig is running perfectly. The service they provided was not only professional, but they made it personal for us. If the need ever arose for routine maintenance and we were in the area, this is the ONLY place we would take our rig. Thank you Trisha, Charlie and Todd!! Jerry and Susan Flores
