  Rae helped me pick out the correct filters I needed for my Corolla. Not only did she greet me with a huge smile and opened arms, never did I feel my lack of knowledge for what I was seeking was anything less than normal. She looked up my car, when I didn't remember the year and ensured my experience with hers was nothing less than exceptional, but gave me the confidence to walk into whats seemed so foreign to me. Matt was the next to help me, and in regard to customer service, his knowledge and willingness to guide his customers and explain each process was memorable. I would highly encourage any local residents, and even members from outside the Redding area to swing by-Even just for a new air filter 🙏 Michelle Moore

  Jay. J did a great job putting in my new battery and didn't forget to greet every customer as well. My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience.

  #Justin is one of day time managers and he's VERY unprofessional and rude! We're outraged how we were treated . ..We were in line 15mins and he helped the people behind us like we wasn't there..
