The customer service is the worst ,you can't talk to a person that can speak English as there first language. If you are luck enough to call after normal buisness hours you mite get a person that you can understand but they will not tell you the truth , they will agree to anything to get you to hang up. This is just another scam to steel your money and take advantage of a bad situation the (DUI). In my opinion. GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, BEWARE
