  Great customer service. All staff seem to do their best & trust God for the rest. Thier service was beyond the call of duty, on our 2007 Toyota Tacoma.

  Initial interaction with Mariah was ideal and professional, but after having to put off my repair due to scheduling and finances, I got 1 email from her, then nothing. A month later, after finding out Mariah had left the company, I finally get a voicemail saying my parts are in and when I called and left a vm the next day, I still got no callback. I had to again initiate contact just today and was told the parts had been returned...I was NEVER contacted during about parts being ordered and the timer on the restock fee...until AFTER THE FACT. Will not being patronizing this business. I will take my business elsewhere. **Follow up: After caving and having the necessary repairs done, I picked up the car the next day and it looked good. Got it home and parked it. Next day, battery was dead. Nothing wrong with it before the repair, now it drains EVERY NIGHT and is dead by morning. Most likely there is now an electrical short (relating to the lighting - three were removed, 1 replaced); now I have to t/s it myself, as they won't own up to it. Ugh.
