- KLKinna LindahlJan 16, 20265.0This Auto Zone is the best! I needed a battery and decided to skip the dealer and instead see if Auto Zone could install. I have a Mercedes and the battery is a little difficult to access. I spoke to Myles over the phone, who advised me to leave my car running when I came in, so he could make sure he could actually install the battery in my car. He was able to remove my old battery and install the new one in less than 15 minutes. He also explained my options and gave me a great deal. This location also has lots of parking and is usually not very busy. I will be coming here again.

I drove over around 7:30pm and they were really helpful with me finding the cables. I asked if they can look at my wife’s care and see if the batterie is ok. Even though it was 8pm and the store closes at 9 they were really helpful relatable and showed me great customer service! They replaced my wife’s car batterie seamlessly and was able to answer all my question. Also that are just all around good dudes. Thank you guys!

He was polite, courteous, and even shared a few friendly jokes with my husband. When we asked if he could help install the bulb, he kindly agreed and took out his tools to assist us. His willingness to help and outstanding customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ronnie, for going above and beyond!

Then Ronnie went out of his way to help me to take out the old headlight and install a new one. He was so helpful. This store always gives such great customer service.
