- AKAllie K.Dec 15, 20251.0I thought the Palm Desert location was bad, but this one is worse. First of all, I had to wait in the sun because all of the carports with the rags and vacuums were full. The sun set all of the water stains into my car. Then the rags were all dry. I had to spit on my car in order to get some of the water stains off. Not only that, rather than design the car wash so that the ports are on the back side, not in the direct sun, they put all of the ports in the direct sun, so you have to dry your car in the direct sun. The asinine design of this car wash is mind-boggling.

It's kinda tucked away on a main road, easy to miss, which is probably why I always have a smooth experience from start to finish. I've been so many times and never gotten stuck in a line of cars or had to wait for a bay – there's always one or more open. But what really makes this car wash awesome is the service. ANA is always there with a sweet smile and open arms, totally on top of everything from setting up to making sure the rags are stocked and your car wash needs are met. Her energy just radiates, adding that final touch that makes this car wash a fantastic place to stop.
