- KQKay QSep 3, 20251.0Charged my card a separate $55 pending hold in addition to the $18 I spent to charge the car. It took 6 days to release it back to my card.
- MPMark PM179Sep 9, 20242.0When they work, they're great. They usually don't work, or at least the 350 kW chargers don't. It is so frustrating to drive here to get a quick charge and then try one charger, then another, then another. I've found the 100kW chargers have greater reliability (there are two in front of the closed Amazon Prime store). It is the absolute worst maintenance I've ever seen. If it's out of your way, I wouldn't recommend spending the time driving there.

- ALAndy LeeAug 14, 20224.0Had a problem with my EVgo card with credit on it as it was not working. After calling customer support and adding a credit card, then the card worked. There are a lot of chargers here so there shouldn’t be any issues. Probably best if you go early in the morning or later when it’s cooler though.
