  i come to valvoline for a few years now and today with will i had the most best experience!! he was so amazing he helped us and even fixed my coolant reservoir , super nice ! i recommend everyone here especially if you just got a car and want to get it inspected:)

  The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great system to get you in and out. It’s very nice to be able to sit in your car while your car gets serviced. I like that they recommended what your vehicles needs, but they aren’t too pushy about it.

  Alessandro and his team were great! Customer service was amazing. Very respectful group of men they got running the show there. Was in and out in less than 20 min. They offer extra services but do not put any pressure to go through with them and if you decline they are 100% okay with that too. Will definitely be back. Thanks fellas!

  Came in around 11am today (04.18); despite initial pushback, talked with Will the junior manager (or manager), team was able to replace missing lugnut (so I may install brand new tires later in the day). Props to you guys today, team at Valvoline! Above call of duty. 😎 Only paid $10 for a quick service overall too. Good stuff.

  I can’t stand going to service my car and leave feeling like I just got played! I don’t know anything about cars in detail but I can read my manual. However I didn’t need it! Marcus solved my problem without even knowing! I had never been to this location or a Valvoline at all…since owning this vehicle (21” Mazda CX-5). My initial reason for going to get an oil change was because I had a check engine light on and an oil light on and despite reading the manual my first instinct was to first get an oil change. From the moment that I called and spoke to the attendant over the phone about the services that Valvoline provides until the time I left, I’d have to say that was the best experience I’ve had in customer service when dealing with professionals in the car repair and maintenance industry. Just as their brand promises, you will not be in the dark they go out of their way to answer all questions and ensure that you leave knowing what you need to know about your car your car maintenance history and it makes you want to return and provide them your business! At this particular location, everyone was working together as a team. Marcus was doing an amazing job with helping me ensure that I knew what was wrong with my car from the check engine light being on and the oil light being on although these are two services that need to be looked at As a full service mechanic, he went above and beyond to help me understand what’s going on with my engine and how to preserve the life of my vehicle. I think the assistant manager needs a promotion and so does Marcus! Good job you guys thank you. I’ll be back!!
