    Horrible . No communication. They dont even give a clean car no more. Dirty as heck. Then the manager was useless . To busy talking to other employees instead of helping customers

    I had an unpleasant experience with enterprise traveling from California to Indiana. Anita in Rancho helped me solve my problems and put my mind at ease she was very sweet and understanding. She deserves a raise and I give her 10+ stars. Nate in Evansville Indiana should take note from her.

    I just want to give a shout out to Miguel very nice he understood that I had an elderly person renting a car and he took great care of making sure that she didn't have to come out-of-pocket get her taken care of right now so important for us to take care of our seniors thank you Miguel really appreciate you

    The service was good. I did not wait too long to get service. I rent a car and they didn't have that many choice of cars to choose at first. At first only had one choice of car to choose. There are places clean. The neighborhood is good. The price okay. They need more people to answer the phone to get service.

    This is a great place to rent a car. Did it twice and will do it a 3rd time. The management and team are great. Hard at work. No matter how swamped they are none of us customers complain for the long wait. God bless them for their hard work. If I lived closer, I would work for them but I don't Thats how great that location is. Glad the lady talked me out of getting another car. Driving the Sonata was an amazing experience lol. So thank you hehehe. Anyone wants a great experience a smooth experience, go there. Worth the drive
