I appreciate being shown my cabin air filter and letting me decide if I thought it needed replacing and not just up selling me. The whole experience felt like I was being personally attended to.

He made sure the other guys checked off their list. While waiting line was long but weren’t ignored. An employee came and welcomed each car. Started doing work, writing down mileage, looking at are signal lights and tires.

- BTBe the reason someone smiles todayFeb 18, 20261.0waited about 30 min in my car only 2 cars infront of me.. then when almost in the bay they tell me the person in the bay infront of me is getting full service done and will take 45 min to an hour.. my question is why not wait until a bay is open then place a car there? so it's not first come first served? You have 3 bays open wait to see who is done then bring the next car there.. idk they need a better system.. also you can't get out.. you must reverse out.. so make sure you have an hour plus of free time before you pull in or you might not be able to reverse out if there's a line behind you.
