  Today one of my car tires got a nail in it. I first went to another shop, but they told me it would take five to six hours just to fix the tire. And since it was the first day of the New Year, many places were closed — I was starting to feel a bit helpless. Thankfully, I found this shop. They were open, incredibly professional, fast, and very friendly. What surprised me even more was that after fixing my tire, they refused to take any payment. Their kindness and efficiency truly made my day, and it felt especially heartwarming on a holiday. Thank you for helping me out in such a stressful moment and giving me such a warm start to the New Year. I’ll definitely come back for any future car services and will recommend this place to my friends!

  Let me tell you.. Seriously, I know I said this before.... but im saying it again... THEY ABSOLUTELY TAKE CARE OF ME. So much so that the day I went in to order the tires I was gonna have them put on. With the weather, etc it was getting later & Mike said no matter what we said we do it so we will do it no matter the time. WHAT A SWEETHEART & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... No, I was not about to have those guys stay away from home later because of tires (I did not have flat or anything).... I told them be there 1st thing next morning...... Saw Sam in the morning & he immediately took my truck back & I got my tires plus they fixed my spare. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE!!!!

  Been a long time customer. Always had a good enough experience except this time. The manager “Sam” was inexcusably rude. Took offense to me pointing out an issue with the tire weights hitting the upper arm. Continued to argue with me and escalate the situation. Made me very uncomfortable and now if have to think twice about spending my money there. Very disappointed

  I always come here for my car as they are honest and take good care of their customers. I changed my alternator after my car died in a drive thru, thought it was the only issue and turns out it messed up the computer parts because we had the battery disconnected. Didn’t even think of that. They got that all situated so my car stopped dying while idling. They cleaned some of the parts, changed my belts, did a diagnosis, and all new tires. I told them anything that is needed to let me know, tires, brakes, all the good stuff. They’re always honest and only did what was needed. I will always come here and always recommend them. Thank you Mountain View!
