I got an interlock device installed in my van and they were very thorough with communicating instructions to me and stressing the importance of it. Aside from the install I had several issues with my van (not caused by Bertino, caused elsewhere) and they were so kind to inspect and diagnose without charging me. They were quick and spot on with the diagnostic and explained that just about every mechanic has a warranty and to go back (to the original installer of the of the pressing issue such has compressor and gear box) to claim those warranties. When I went to claim my warranties for the compressor and such, because of the information/diagnosis the team at Bertino gave me, they were able to fix and repair my van! Bertino also saved me from driving on the freeway that day with the possibility of my vehicle breakdown on the freeway. My van is also my home so this is a HUGE DEAL for me! They are clean, professional, Spot on with how they conduct business. THANK YOU!!!!
