  The front desk customer service was excellent. The receptionist truly went above and beyond to help me secure a 15-passenger van. Her dedication made all the difference, and because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back. Very grateful

  This location is a bad experience. They overcharged me. They charged me daily rate instead of monthly rate and weekly rate. They increased rental rate in the middle of rental. Most ridiculously, they made up a visit to their office to justify their increased rate. They also try to make it look like the vehicle stolen. Truly out of their minds. I bought a car at carmax soon after.

  Poor Customer Service at Enterprise Daycreek, Rancho Cucamonga Dear Enterprise Management, I’m writing to report an unfortunate experience I had today at your Daycreek location in Rancho Cucamonga. When I arrived to pick up my rental car, the branch was empty except for a young woman, likely in her early twenties. She appeared to be on a personal phone call. When I asked for assistance, she responded rudely, saying she was busy. I explained that I was in a hurry, and she abruptly told me she would not serve me and asked me to leave the premises. I was shocked by her unprofessional behavior and lack of respect toward a paying customer. I have rented from Enterprise many times and have always appreciated the professionalism of your staff, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed appropriately to prevent similar situations to reoccur. How many bad reviews Enterprise needs to see before they act . You manage to give a title as a store manager a person that seemed entitled and clearly doesn’t need a job . I needed a rental for 30 days. It’s very because I live right around the corner from there .

  I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise, including a reservation number, yet they failed to have my vehicle ready. Instead of calling, they emailed me just 40 minutes before my scheduled pickup to say they had no SUVs available knowing most people wouldn’t be checking emails while on the road. We asked why we were not called ahead of time that the SUV was not available, they said they did not have our phone number. Our booking has our Name, address and phone number. It's a requirement when you book. They did not do their due diligence of checking their reservations. Horrible customer service! When I arrived, there was a sign telling customers to wait because they had gone to “get more cars.” I waited another 20 minutes past my pickup time, only to be told that there were no SUVs and that they had “notified me earlier” at 9:20am pick up was 10am. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time and reliability, stay away from this location it’s a complete joke. They clearly allow reservations to be made online knowing they have no large vehicles available due to recalls or overbooking and don’t care about their customers’ plans.
