  The team was top notch and super accommodating! They turned a not so ideal experience after being rear ended into a pleasant one. I’ll be back, but hopefully not too soon!

  Unnecessary information to rent a vehicle as a local. Asked for 2 bills for address verification but then had to prove they had no balance if renting with a debit card.

  Gabriel at Enterprise on foothill blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, Ca is a great representation of this company. The site was clean and not messy and over crowded like San Bernardino’s location.

  They are open on Sundays! I found this to be a plus because there aren't many that are open on Sundays. In addition, they offered the best price compared to other places. The team over in Rancho Cucamonga location were really nice and helpful.

  I called the location to confirm that I would be able to arrange for a pick up. During that call, the associate confirmed that a pick up could be scheduled and they also confirmed that there would be a $300 hold on my credit card for the reservation of the vehicle. I used the hold information to make sure I would be able to rent and brought my credit card that had a $400 limit. I was picked up, but when the associate tried to reserve the vehicle while I was there, my card was declined. When I asked about the amount they were trying to hold, the associate informed me that it was $300 PLUS THE COST of the vehicle. I was livid bc this is not what I was told. I had just wasted 2.5 hours of my time in the middle of a work day and was unable to rent and had to rearrange my plans. I made another reservation 2 days later at the same location. I called to confirm that I would be able to schedule a pick up. During the call, the associate confirmed pick up and advised that my credit card would have a hold placed for $300 for the reservation. I corrected them and said it would be $300 PLUS COST. They agreed. ***MAKE SURE YOUR ASSOCIATES ARE SAYING THAT CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD HOLDS WILL BE FOR $300 *PLUS COST.* THIS IS IMPORTANT AND THIS MISCOMMUNICATION MAKES FOR AN AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO MAKE THE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS*** Please ensure your associates are CLEAR!! I've rented from Enterprise for many years and 95% of my experiences are usually all 5 stars. But this is one of those occasions that brings the service level down.
