  I came in today for one of my headlights and Julian helped me out at the cash register and he was very nice and offered to install the headlight without even me asking him to do it so. I just wanna say thank you for all of your help. it was very much appreciated and I hope you get a raise because you provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond.

  I'm a 60yrs old lady and in this store people didn't seem to be interested in helping customers. There were 4 employees talking on the phone with a customer. And the other 3 were just chatting 🙄 😒 When I came in was like there already know my car's problem and just told me " oh ,no there's nothing we can do " This people don't like customer service jobs. There were no interest in not even TRYING to help😥😢

  Employee JULIAN was a complete ROCK STAR tonight. Expertly pinpointed my '20 Highlander XLE's correct cabin filter, handled my payment...and then was gracious amd skilled enough to nimbly get into the tightly confined space to help me reattach the narrow, plastic door that safeguards the filter from the glove compartment drawer. I was impressed by Julian's service-riveted attitude, his knowledge of auto parts and for his willingness to help me, in my late 50s and having undergone a half dozen spinal fusion surgeries, get things properly reattached! 😊🙏
