  Dean was awesome !! You can't even see my rock chip anymore. Quick appt. he arrived right on time and completed the job. I was given safelite as an option through AAA. The process was quick and easy. I would use them again.

  I changed my windshield there but it was so dirty from the inside. The one who changed it didn’t use any gloves so you can see definitely his hands on the windshield with glue. I couldn’t take off even I had to use all the products I know. I bring back after scheduling an appointment for this I explained the problem but they didn’t fix it at all or cleaned the windshield again. I think I should work with another location.

  Safelite fixed my glass and accidentally set a new standard for customer service. The technician was early, professional, friendly—and when he noticed my Amazon package sitting outside, he picked it up and brought it to me like a true hero of modern convenience. Windshield repair, kindness, and porch-pirate prevention all in one visit. If Safelite ever adds “package retrieval” to their services, this guy should be the blueprint. Highly recommend!

  I do not feel they did a great job on the one windshield chip I had, and I also feel that after many agent conversions the following day, because they did not fix 2 other small chips that I pointed out at the time of my visit, that they try to sell you into a new claim for work they didn't do the first time, and or a new windshield when not called for. I was sent to them thru my insurance company American Connect. I will not go back to Safelite AutoGlass. In fairness to the company I'm sure other experiences might be much better. I guess it depends on the shop and person on desk duty. I'm in central CA.
