  They are understaffed. People that do help you seem to hurry you up. Returned on a full tank although only got it a 3/4 and was told...oh well but if you return less than you got it, they'll charge the hell outta you... should credit you, I think.

They will fight tooth and nail to make it happen, and smile throughout the whole process. If you’ve ever been swindled or tricked at a Car Dealership, this Enterprise location is like a soothing balm for the soul. Eric will explain everything and make sure you get what YOU want. You will never be rushed or pressured. He knows what he’s talking about, has a serious passion for cars and cares about your long term happiness. RJ will move mountains, run the calculations and utilize all options so you can walk out with your dream car. Buying a car was quick and painless, it almost felt like a dream.   There was a small inconvenience. When I dropped off the vehicle. It was busy. I will give them that. Chase Was awesome and helped me get into a vehicle quickly. Make reservations ahead of time and call ahead of time because it seems this location gets really busy And on the weekends, they don’t have as much staff compared to during the week.

  Very pleased with level of customer support and satisfaction offered at hertz rental. Had to make several calls before and during my car rental and I always received the guidance needed with utmost politeness. Would like specially chase, Drew and Mercedes for their professionalism and dedication to their job.Would strongly recommend Enterprise to friends.
