    My experience with Enterprise of Rancho Cordova is always a pleasure. Im always greeted and served up quickly with a clean vehicle ready to go and given the best rates. I haven't been tempted to go elsewhere yet.

    Be aware. I returned the vehicle and the Enterprise agent claimed there was damage on the hood that was hardly visible. It looked like a water mark. The agent insisted it was damaged. He then said he would request photo/video at the cleaning station showing the mark was not there prior to renting. This was never provided. Our credit card paid for the damage in full but I do not recommend renting from here. If you do, make a video while you do a walkthrough with the agent present for your protection.

    I was rent car last Saturday Dec 20th The car microphone doesn’t work also car is really dirty inside plus passenger side belt is really bad. Miss my shirt. I don’t know why the give to customer without checking. this time I’m not happy. I take car many time from this place. It was a good experience before, but this time not make sure before you guys sit in car check everything before you leave.

    Twice, that I have left and forgot something in the rental. First time, they had said they had already rented out the vehicle and came across nothing, BS - but left it alone. Now this second time they're saying nothing was logged of any items being left. I know for a fact these items were left in the vehicle, we had just cleaned and vacuumed vehicle before returning it, and know these items were in the vehicle. I completely understand it is my fault for forgetting and leaving them, but you would figure this company would at least have the decency to contact me or even place in lost and found, until we notice, like any other honest companies out there would do. I've rented with them for years, every time we would go out of town to save miles on my own vehicle - but now I will just to take my business elsewhere, to a more honest and trustworthy company. Clearly, loyal customers don't mean anything to them.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Enterprise location and their customer service, especially with their manager, Jordyn. Our rental was arranged through Geico insurance after our car was in an accident. My husband picked up the vehicle—a Toyota Camry—which was ready when he arrived. We never asked for, were offered, or were told we were receiving any sort of “premium upgrade.” Everything seemed fine when he returned the car a week later. The representative even told him that everything was covered by insurance and that our deposit would be refunded. A few days later, we were shocked to see an extra charge from Enterprise. When we called, we were told the charge was for a so-called “premium upgraded car,” which made no sense because it was just a Camry—the exact car they had ready for us. We asked to speak to the manager, Jordyn, and things only got worse. She insisted it wasn't an upgraded car but then claimed rates can “change,” and that’s why we were charged. She also told us our contract was closed so they couldn’t do anything and that we now had to deal with the insurance ourselves. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable. It feels like they care more about squeezing out hidden fees than helping customers—especially those coming through insurance. I absolutely do not recommend this location. If you’re going through your insurance, be very careful and double-check everything. Hidden charges seem to be their specialty.
