I couldn’t even get a good morning from the O’Reillys but Autozone met me with a smile, the Manager Marcus helped me find the correct coolant for my car and even double checked that I was grabbing the right kind so I didn’t mess up my car. He didn’t make me feel like I was bugging them at all and I felt comfortable knowing that I was grabbing the right coolant for my car cause Marcus was treating it like it was his car too. Always go to Autozone instead of O’Reillys. You’ll be happier for it.

He pulled out some wadding from a tub of Never Dull and performed magic! The paint transfer is gone with ZERO harm to my bumper’s original paint. Sometimes auto parts stores get a bad reputation among women — not here! I was treated with courtesy and respect; I WILL be back (even though it’s not the closest store for me).
