    So we found ourselves dropped at a car rental place in California and hour from where we were supposed to be staying in San Diego. We're from Indiana. Long story short. The young man at the Enterprise in Ramona, ( I believe he was the manager at this location) went out of his way to help us out of a bad situation. He was kind ,respectful, and genuinely cared about the situation we were left in. Not sure how it would have turned out without his help. I wish I could remember his name. I hope this review finds it way to him. Thank you so much. You saved us

    I’ve never had a very good relationship with enterprise, but Ryan in Ramona completely changed that. He made a very, very stressful situation completely seamless, Thank you so very much Ryan!!!!

    Great customer service with Shawn in Ramona. Easy check-in. Easy to take the car back. The person who drove me back to the car dealership was also great (Enterprise on Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach.

    Came to our local Enterprise location because my wife and I needed two separate vehicles due to some unfortunate timing of repairs. We were helped by Anthony who was super efficient and friendly and who made a negative experience that much more bearable
