  At first, I was stoked that a Jiffy Lube was so close to work. I can walk there within 10 minutes, and thought I had found the place where I would be able to get any necessary work done. They seemed nice when I showed up. I had to get back to work, and felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I was getting brakes, and knew it would take a while, but it seemed like a perfect choice. I was told it would be ready by 4. That worked into my schedule perfectly. I showed up right around 4 to pick up my vehicle. When I walked in Gwendolyn was cashing another customer out. I was not greeted. I assumed when she was done, I'd be helped, but she promptly walked out of the room. I assumed she was going to get my technician. That was not the case. 4:10 came around, I still had not even been told "hello." No "we'll be right with you," no "let me go check on your vehicle," nothing. It soon became some kind of game, wondering how long it would take. A man and his two sons came in, soon after me, he seemed to get service in a "Jiffy." Gwendolyn came to let him know the status of his vehicle, and still paid me absolutely no attention. Finally, when my vehicle was finished, someone came and told me that she'd cash me out when she was done with the test drive. I know some things take more time, I understand my vehicle had a lot of work done. And it's working great now! But I sat in their office for an hour and 10 minutes, without even so much as a nod that I existed. What kind of customer service is that? Would they let a homeless person just sit there? If so, I can start letting people know that the Jiffy Lube lobby in Ramona is a great place to hang out without people harassing you.

  Here’s a strong, polished version you can post: ⸻ I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube! I originally went in for a tune-up, and they really went above and beyond to take care of my car. When they ran the engine code, they found that the issue was my PCV valve. They explained everything clearly and helped me find the right parts without any stress. I ended up getting a complete tune-up — my PCV valve was replaced, spark plugs were changed, transmission fluid was serviced, and my serpentine belt was replaced. They made sure everything was done properly and kept me informed the whole time. Kevin, the manager, was absolutely awesome — very polite, professional, and excellent with customer service. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Gwen also did everything she could to help me. Even though she’s a newer employee, she handled everything like a seasoned professional. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable. Thank you again, Jiffy Lube, for your kindness, professionalism, and going the extra mile. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back!

  The best experience I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube normally when I bring in my fleet truck, it’s a nightmare to get the bill paid and I’m there for an extra hour while management is on the phone This time I didn’t have to say anything they did the oil change quickly and sent me on my way manager was friendly and efficient. Best experience ever with Jiffy Lube.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Kevin and his staff at Jiffy Lube in Ramona enough! I originally came in just for a simple oil change, but what could have been a stressful situation turned into a total lifesaver. Kevin and the team went above and beyond — within just about two hours they completed my oil change, replaced brakes and rotors front and rear on my 4WD, and found both left and right front boots were torn and leaking grease, which they fixed too! Their communication, speed, and work quality were absolutely phenomenal. They took what I thought was a quick visit and turned it into a full solution without any hassle. Kevin and the crew are clutch — honestly hope they all get a raise for the amazing service they provide. Thanks again for saving my day!

  The woman working here (sorry I didn’t get your name!) is AWESOME. I guess the dudes are alright too but I love seeing a woman who knows cars and she does. Super helpful and informative. Definitely coming back for car needs
