  They guy who came was very professional , my issue is that I was lied on the phone when I specifically asked if they have knowledge about hybrid car and industrial jumpstart machine and they said yes, and when the guy came he had a regular jumper . Again he was very professional and was trying a lot of things , but my car was still Stuck at the end of the day .

  Unfortunately this location has gotten progressively worse on time. I waited an hour. I counted 5 workers. I never got a an oil change for my next service or my tires filled. They were very nice though, I will be finding another location.

  The truth is that I liked (or though I liked the service here). In fact, I brought my wife's vehicle in for a brake job in October 2021 right before her week-long trip to northern California. Upon return, we heard a clanging sound that we could not locate. After a lengthy inspection, I discovered that 2 caliper bolts were left out of the rear driver's side brake assembly or were just not tightened so that they vibrated out somewhere on the 1200 mile trip. I pray nobody was injured. I brought the vehicle back to Jiffy Lube Quartz Hill beyond upset. The manager profusely apologized and ensured me that they would correct the problem, provide a full refund, and that "the guy who did the job had been fired" shortly before. Why did I not listen to my gut instinct after this. Well, I like to buy local and support small businesses. I, too, am a business owner. I liked the friendly techs at Jiffy Lube Quartz Hill. I thought they were different being in a small town. Shame on me. I have to speak out so other unsuspecting customers aren't taken advantage of. Listen to your intuition.

  Shame on you the first time... shame on me the second... On 3/8/22, I made the mistake of bringing my 2018 Ford Explorer to Jiffy Lube Quartz Hill for a synthetic oil change and to have my fluids checked. Everything seemed normal. Soon, Edgar brought my cabin air filter and engine air filter inside to show me that they needed to be changed. Yes, they were a little dirty. He quoted me prices that I thought were too high. I declined. He informed me that my transmission fluid and spark plugs were overdue to be changed. Again, he quoted prices I thought were too high. I declined. I have an aversion to up-sales. The next day I called my Ford Dealer Representative to schedule the services. She informed me that these were not overdue at all. In fact, I still had at least 40,000 miles to go before the next scheduled maintenance. Thanks, Jiffy Lube Quartz Hill. I then went to the carwash (usually every other day) and when I wiped down the front end, I noticed a 10" square of grime/grease on the front quarter panel. This is an all white/black trim SUV. Not good. I was able to remove it all with some effort. I then proceeded to the auto parts store to purchase my filters. All good. I watched a YouTube video on replacing the cabin filter. All good. I opened the glove compartment (cabin air filter is behind it) and first noticed that the damper cord was not attached. Hmmm. It was evidently not reinstalled when they tried to upsale me. Thus, the glove compartment lid just flopped around when opened. Hmmm. Next, I noticed the right hinge assembly was broken off. Hmmm. Not happy at this point. Clearly, someone was not excited when I declined to purchase the Jiffy Lube air filter.

  Paid about $140 for a basic oil change, and the service did not feel worth it at all. The visit was disorganized, the overall customer service was disappointing, and I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for below-average work. For what should’ve been a quick, straightforward oil change, it turned into an expensive and frustrating experience. I won’t be going back to this location.
