  Compagnie de truck de location tannule ta reservation 1 heure avant la prise en charge. Dédommage pas , te trouve pas solution et na aucun empathie pour toi arrange toi . Serieux pour vrai faire sa la veille 1 juillet degueulasse .

  Allo, si je dois bous recommander un société de location d'autos à Sherbrooke Qc, c'est sûrement cette merveilleuse équipe. Une belle et joviale équipe, accueillante et dévouée à la tâche. Mon expérience avec eux a été un réel plaisir. La Directrice est d'une gentillesse hors pair et le personnel vous fait vous sentir chez vous. Merci bien.

  Excellente expérience avec cette entreprise de location d’autos et de camions située sur la rue King Est. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions, autant du côté des hommes que des femmes de l’équipe. J’ai reçu un service rapide, efficace et courtois du début à la fin. Le véhicule qui m’a été confié était propre, bien entretenu et en excellent état de fonctionnement. La voiture était confortable, fiable et très agréable à conduire. Tout s’est déroulé sans le moindre problème, ce qui m’a permis de la rouler en toute tranquillité d’esprit. On sent que la satisfaction de la clientèle est une priorité pour eux. Leur professionnalisme, leur transparence et leur attitude positive font toute la différence. Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésitation à toute personne qui cherche un service de location de qualité.   STOP BOMBARDING ME WITH FRENCH EMAILS!!! I DO NOT WANT MARKETING EMAILS OR EMAILS REQUESTING MY OPINION SPECIALLY IN FRENCH! English service when specifically demanded after being responded in french after addressing in English? Car was very clean inside and out but gas was not filled (at 1 line above 3/4 mark). Helpful suggestion would be to have gas full so I don't need to guess how much to put in upon return. Also when a reservation is made and pre-booking is complete it would be appreciated to be ready with everything needed so the client isn't held back for 30 minutes because nothing was ready and all tablets are not opened, bugging up and not linked to payment method (was not needed as I was pre-booked and pre-paid) so 20 minutes wasted on unnecessary technology. A good work ethic to teach new employees (not new after a month) is to check your bookings and times so you can get things prepared such as technology liked and ready, get the contract ready(paper for for legal purposes as a tablet contract signing is not technically legally binding). Also contracts that need a signature and such need to be in english as per the legal rights of the customer and the law (only contract obligated to be strictly in French are only Qc government documents ONLY). Also when sending an anglophone a survey, email marketing or any other communication to a known anglophone client, have the courtesy to send it in English as the French law doesn't apply here but a customer may feel it's disrespectful and choose not to give business to a company that has no idea what the french law actually obliges and when or where it is applicable . And lastly teach your employees the importance of customer curtesy and the respect of an appointment and specifically to ask for help rather than fumbling around trying to figure something out that is not necessary or pertinent to the appointment. Would I rent there again? Absolutely! I understand people are human and nothing is as good as it was back in the day and employees are not educated and taught important things they need to know and that is on management not the employees.
