  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS THANK YOU!! Outstanding experience with the team at Enterprise Truck Rental. We needed a truck last minute to retrieve our stolen enclosed utility trailer after it was thankfully recovered by the Milton Police Department in Vermont, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. Store representative Toko, went above and beyond getting us set up quickly and efficiently under stressful circumstances. The truck was absolutely beautiful, clean, reliable, and performed flawlessly for a long cross-border recovery trip. Everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service. After we returned the truck yesterday, General Manager Silvio personally just got off the phone, called to make sure everything went well on our end and that we made it back safely. That level of professionalism and genuine care is rare today which is why I’m taking the time right now to share experience. This wasn’t just a rental — it was real support during a difficult situation, and it made a huge difference for us. Huge thank you to Toko, Silvio, and the entire team for treating us with respect, urgency, and professionalism. Highly recommend for both personal and commercial truck rentals.

  ILLEGAL - DANGER - STAY AWAY Enterprise - Sainte-Therese Truck Rental I was given a 20-ft rental truck with dangerously unsafe and illegal tires. One side of the tire was completely bald, and another tire had severely uneven tread depth. This was not normal wear -- this was a clear safety violation. While driving, the truck skidded and fishtailed, putting my life, my passengers' lives, and the lives of other road users at risk. Operating a vehicle in this condition is reckless and unacceptable. When I reported this, the company's response was deeply disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed the tires were "legal" and said they "value my business." When I asked for proof, they sent a selective photo taken at one specific point on the tire where the tread barely met legal limits -- while the same tire was visibly bald and illegal just a few centimeters away. This was misleading and dismissive. This response makes it clear that this company prioritizes protecting its business over public safety. Vehicles in this condition should never be on the road. Beware. Stay away.
