  Excellent, Hassle-Free Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. I booked a car just the day before my trip, and when I arrived the next morning, everything was completely ready to go. The customer service was exceptional; the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and served us with a genuine smile. An extra bonus was that they allowed us to park our personal vehicle at their lot during the rental period, which made the whole trip incredibly convenient. Safe, fast, and highly professional service—I will definitely rent from this location again!

  I reserved a pickup truck at this location for a family trip weeks in advance and clearly stated to the employee that I would like a regular pickup truck without any company logos or equipment since this location also had cube vans and moving trucks for rent. After driving two hours to this location, the employee informs me that I’m lucky and that they’d just installed some equipment such as a Backrack, yellow strobe lights, a fire extinguisher and a 6foot red flag used for escorting oversized trailers on the pickup truck when I’ve already explained to him that this was what I was avoiding. The employee was not accommodating at all, the staff did not try to upgrade me to a different vehicle but instead offered a car from a lower class for a higher price. I would not return to this location. Horrible experience. I’ve never encountered this kind of service from my numerous reservations at Enterprise.
