- JHJason HerronMay 19, 20261.0I will never be renting from this location again. It is the second time in the last month and half I have rented from them a minivan and they have given me a SUV. Both times they connected me 24 hours before my reservation telling me a minivan was not available due to recalls. The first time I believed them but it was over a month later and the same excuse. Both times I had to rework my travel plans due to this making it very complicated. I have rented from this location 2-4 times each year for the last couple years. If the minivans are not available then take them off your website for reservation. This is unacceptable for a business.
