    I will never be renting from this location again. It is the second time in the last month and half I have rented from them a minivan and they have given me a SUV. Both times they connected me 24 hours before my reservation telling me a minivan was not available due to recalls. The first time I believed them but it was over a month later and the same excuse. Both times I had to rework my travel plans due to this making it very complicated. I have rented from this location 2-4 times each year for the last couple years. If the minivans are not available then take them off your website for reservation. This is unacceptable for a business.

    C’était ma deuxième expérience de location chez Enterprise à Beauport (véhicule loué par mes assurances) et, encore une fois, j’ai reçu un excellent service. Les employés ont été courtois, professionnels et efficaces, autant lors de la prise du véhicule que lors du retour. Tout s’est déroulé de façon simple et claire. J’ai aussi été très satisfaite de la qualité du véhicule qui m’a été remis. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre excellent service
