  I was very happy with my Enterprise rental in Québec City (Delta Hotel location). The location, customer service, and easy after-hours return made for a seamless experience.

  Very professional service provided to us at the Delta hotel. No long waits at counter. Counter staff gave our 3 yr old daughter a cool little toy car that put a large smile on her face the entire day as she carried that matchbox size car with her all day. Only nit was that car was only at just above 3/4 tank when we got in the car. At end of our day we filled the tank. We noted the not full tank to the counter staff member on our rerurn... same person when we picked up the car. He took care of the situation without issue by offering us a cedit (even though we were not asking for for one). It was a very nice professional gesture. Thanks !

  I would highly recommend renting at the Delta Hotel location near Old Quebec. Papa is a fantastic customer service representative. The whole process was seamless, both picking up and dropping off. The car was new and clean and the price was great. We took the mystery car option for approx. $60. and got a very nice Volkswagen Jetta. It had fantastic gas mileage and was very roomy inside.

  Buyer beware!! We turned in a car that was not inspected by an employee. Dropped off the keys because they were too busy to check us out. We were later informed the car was damaged. It definitely wasn’t damaged when we left it. It took weeks to get a pic of said damage, it appears someone tried to break in the car. That was NOT us! Enterprise won’t listen to our concerns and are still billing us $1150 for a one day rental! I would NOT recommend this location or enterprise in general!!
