  We damaged a tire while visiting Montreal for the Grand Prix. On Saturday, I called several places looking for a new one, and while no one had one in stock, Bruce at Gordon's went out of his way to figure out what would be available and how quickly they could get it. We arrived shortly after they opened on Monday and Bruce was true to his word - he even sent a staff member to the warehouse to pick up the new tires and we were on our way home before 10:00am. Thank you, Bruce and the team at Gordon's!

  The staff (Jason and the nice lady at reception) went above and beyond duty, to help out with a special tire problem. Knew I could count on them from the years of service they provided to my uncle's business.

  SERVICE IS SUPERBE! MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALWAYS GO TO GORDONS THIS TIME, MY MAZDA 3 NEEDED SOME SERIOUS BRAKE WORK DONE THE MECHANIC IN CHARGE WAS VERY POLITE AND DESCRIPTIVE ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I MENTIONED MY FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS AND HE DID HIS BEST TO FIND LESS EXPENSIVE PARTS. HE EVEN SUGGESTED ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION WHICH WOULD SAVE ME FROM SPENDING OVER 1000$ I WENT AHEAD WITH HIS RECOMMENDATION AND PAYED ABOUT 200$ FOR OTHER REPAIRS. THEY ARE HONEST AND NOT OUT TO GET EVERY DOLLAR FROM YOU.
