  Charged twice and no good response back in timely manner. And no refund even after stated time. Having to go through my credit card company. Be aware and watch your credit card statements. Not a good or trustworthy business

  Hands down the best car rental location. We dealt (multiple years now) with them during peak holiday and summer season. We never dread picking up or dropping off. Big thanks to the well managed team!

  Downtown Montreal Location ReviewI’ve been renting from this location for many years, and it’s always a pleasure. I’ve never had any issues until recently, but once I communicated with the team, we were able to find a solution quickly. The senior team at this location is truly amazing, and it’s great to see familiar faces each time I visit.I also want to mention that every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been very pleasant. Everyone is consistently helpful, professional, and kind.Thank you all for the excellent service.

  We booked our rental car through Sunny Cars, with National Car Rental in Montreal as the local rental partner. Pickup date: 16 July 2026 Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff member at the Montreal location was not particularly welcoming or helpful, which made the pick-up process less pleasant than expected. We are also still waiting for a copy of our rental agreement. Despite contacting Sunny Cars once and National Car Rental twice, we have still not received it. This lack of follow-up and communication is frustrating. In addition, we have reason to believe that we were provided with a vehicle from a lower category than the one we booked. What concerns us even more is that, if this was indeed the case, it was never communicated to us in a transparent way. We would have expected to be informed about any changes before accepting the vehicle. Overall, the booking process with Sunny Cars was straightforward, but the customer service and handling of our concerns have been disappointing. We hope both companies improve their communication, transparency, and customer support in the future.
