  Was refered by my insurancd company tongo to this location to pick up a car. Told me to call before going, i tried calling every 15 minutes from 8 am to 11 am. Each time no answer just kept ringing. At 11, I walk there since I had no car. Once I get there I am informed that they dont have my reservation even though I have am email confirmation with a reservation number, check in different options still no reservation. Call my insurer they confirm everything on their end is confirmed. Enterprise still cant find it. End up leaving and walking back home. Call my insurer he also cant reach the location. I tried calling again still no answer. When I walked in it was deserted nobody was there aside for a single representative not answering the phone. And still unable to find my reservation. If you value service, and basic human respect avoid this location.

  Super service de location de voiture ! Je ne peux que recommander ! J’ai loué une voiture pour aller dans le Maine, tout était compris, le deuxième chauffeur, le plein d’essence, les jours aux USA, etc. De plus, nous avons eu une super expérience avec les 2 employés de Enterprise. Merci pour tout !

  Je le recommande pas Pas de service jai une réservation aujourd’hui depuis le matin il me rappellerai pas pour la confirmation et quand jappele a 17:50 pour parler avec le responsable me demander attendre puis raccroche

  Overall, a good experience with a few problems. When picking up the car, we were offered the option of having the contract emailed to us. Thirty minutes after leaving the agency, still no contract. We wanted to confirm something on the contract, so we attempted to call the agency. After two very long holds, the calls disconnected. Finally succeeded in reaching someone on the third attempt, only to be told that the contract can take several hours to be received. After three days, still no contract. When we returned the car, the nice gentleman quickly processed the return, and we had the final closed contract via email within seconds. I've rented scores of cars from Entreprise over the years at various agencies worldwide. I still enjoy the service of Entreprise, but customer service quality is slipping. For example, it used to be that they would proactively offer to pick us up or drop us off after the rental. That hasn't happened more recently, despite still advertising this service. I fear that the customer service reputation of Entreprise will eventually drop to those of their competitors if they don't watch out.

  Résumé : Super service. Ils prennent les soucis techniques en charge aussitôt qu'on le leur signal. Professionnels, comme toujours. C'est la première fois que je faisais affaires avec cette succursale [j'allais à Pierrefond avant]. Tout comme à Pierrefond, j'ai reçu un service de qualité (sourire, accueil, explications claires, etc.). Je leur ai même signalé qu'ils avaient un problème technique avec leur ligne téléphonique. Ils ont fait des tests avec moi et produit une demande pour un technicien. Quand j'ai eu besoin de les appeler quelques jours plus tard, le problème était réglé. Merci encore à l'équipe!
