  I had a booking on Friday July 3rd, and I had a really great experience with Kevin, the manager. Even though the wait for the car was a bit longer than expected, he handled everything very professionally. What stood out most was how genuine, helpful, and reassuring he was throughout the whole process, before getting to the car and during the return process. Jaad was also very helpful when it came to get me set up with the car, which I really appreciated. Overall, Kevin made a stressful situation feel much easier, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. Because of this experience, I will absolutely book with this branch again. Highly recommend! Thank you Kevin and Jaad!

  I just found out that I got scammed by Kevin the employee. I rented a car for over a month on a daily rate, came in last week to sign a new contract for one more month, I got a monthly rate that was more expensive than the daily rate I had as well as the booking being under a different class I am driving a kona and he made the new contract for a cla. I believed him that the rate is cheaper as he told me but it turned out it’s not. Called 4 times to sort it out first, but since they don’t want to answer I’ll inform them here. 3MJ2DC Was my previous rental and 417TT8 is my current.

  Entreprise made a mistake and somehow forgot to charge sales taxes on my rental. They called me 3 months later to ask for payment, and requesting I physically come to their store to pay. I told them that I'm open to paying anything I owe online and that in 2026 I shouldn't have to go in person to pay. They said they'd call me back with the info to pay online. Several weeks go by and I do not hear back from them. I then get a threatening voicemail stating that if I don't pay, they will be sending the invoice to collections. I was clear from the start that I would pay if they provided means to pay online. This is adding insult to injury considering they rented me a car several tiers under what was originally booked because they did not have the right car in stock. This level of incompetence and lack of customer support is appalling.

  I've never reviewed a car rental company before but my experience with Enterprise on Rue Guy in Montreal has changed that. I have to say it was a very positive experience, which isn'toften the case withcar rental companies. Although there was a little bit of a delay collecting the car when we arrived at the office as it was very busy, the staff were very pleasant to deal with and everything was flawless from that point on. What's prompted me in particular to write the review is that we had requested GPS with the car not realising that we could connect our phone to the display screen in the car and use maps that way, hence no need for separate GPS device (I know I'm showing my age there!). Anyway when we returned the car we mentioned that we hadn't needed the GPS device in the end and they refunded the amount we paid for the GPS without even being asked! Not only that but we returned the car a few hours earlier than we had listed in our booking and they reduced the overall cost of the rental. To me that's unheard of in car rental and I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend Enterprise on Rue Guy if renting a car in Montreal.

  I had a one way rental as I was moving out of province with basic personal belongings. A minivan was my best option. Although a new vehicle, I had the misfortune of getting a lemon with electrical issues that only started during rain. Nothing that anyone at Enterprise or this branch could've done to prevent it. I'd bought all the coverage they offered. When I got out of Northern Ontario wilderness and finally got cellphone signal, I called the branch. It was my good fortune that a gentleman named Kevin answered the phone. He immediately offered to arrange a replacement vehicle be brought out to me. He didn't hesitate for a second to lookout for my wellbeing. Since I was already close to a big city, and it had stopped raining, I offered to go to the closest branch and switch out there instead of unloading and moving everything to a new vehicle on the road. His immediate concern was my safety and wellbeing. I don't know him but clearly he cares about all his customers. He is the management material that knows how to build rapport and make long lasting clients. Previously I only looked at the cheapest rates. After this experience, I'm heavily biased in favour of Kevin's employer due to his professionalism. Not that Enterprise doesn't have competitive rates, but I'd be willing to pay slightly more knowing this company and their employees do care if/when things go wrong. The other employees I interacted with at the time of pickup were also really helpful and professional. They have a great team at this location that goes above and beyond within reason. It is a business, so they still won't hand out rentals for free even if you had mechanical/electrical issues. But they will do everything in their power to make things right.
