    My car is in the garage, and I had a confirmed insurance rental booked for Tuesday. When I called customer service to check for an earlier pickup so I could get to work, the St. Jacques manager called me Monday at 5:52 p.m. Things got heated over the phone, and instead of de-escalating or handling it professionally, the manager spitefully canceled my Tuesday reservation on the spot. ​Leaving a customer completely stranded without a way to work just because a conversation got tense is power-tripping and totally unacceptable for a manager. Abysmal service—go somewhere else.

    Every time I go I have good service, and it's always super simple and fast to get the car and go. The cars are always clean, the only reason I put 4 stars is that the gas is often below half, which is a bummer.
