  Had an easy and friendly experience at this Enterprise! Antoine and Diana were a delight and had me setup in no time at all. Pick-up and dropoff were a breeze.

  Avoid like the plague. Booked a rental 2 weeks in advance only to receive an email at 4pm the day prior that they did not have any vehicles available. I called the number they left in the email and spoke to a representative who assured me that there were in fact cars available and to come in the next day. Lo and behold, when I arrived the next day I was once again told no vehicles were available at the location. The representative lied to my face and said they had since set the website not to allow further bookings, yet somehow I was able to make an additional reservation right in front of her. Watched two other customers who had been told cars would be available come and leave while I was there. Eventually I was told to go to another Enterprise location and assured there would be vehicles there. There were not. Absolute joke of a business.

  Nous avons réservé dans cette agence afin d’avoir une voiture pour effectuer notre road trip a travers le quebec en famille ! Nous avons réservé en ligne plusieurs mois en amont et avons choisi l’option voiture mystère ! Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’obtenir une magnifique audi a3 2026 quasiment neuve ! Les personnes a l’accueil ont été très agréable et sympathique avec nous ! Je recommande !

  Had a reservation for a replacement insurance vehicle, got there and SURPRISE, no vehicle!! She wouldn't even offer to help me find another vehicle! I rent calls all the time, all over the world and never had such poor service! Never again Enterprise!

  Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location on 6100 Decarie Blvd., Montreal We reserved a compact car but, after making us wait over 25 minutes while staff ignored us, we were told our car wasn't available. We were eventually given a Chevrolet Malibu instead. The car was dirty, smelled bad, had an almost empty gas tank, made unusual noises on the highway, and the steering wheel constantly pulled to the left. Before giving us the car, the employee even seemed surprised we were driving it to Niagara Falls and went back to ask the manager if it was okay. As two young women travelling alone, we were genuinely worried about our safety. We had to drive much more slowly because the vehicle did not feel safe, turning what should have been a 7-hour drive into nearly 10 hours. We chose Enterprise because of its reputation, but this experience fell far below our expectations. I hope Enterprise investigates this branch and ensures vehicles are safe before renting them to customers.
