  The manager at branch was very helpful and has a great Team! Can was clean and was easy transaction! Would recommend my friends to use the Decarie Montreal Branch!

  Booked a car for them to call me 30 mins before my reservation to tell me they have no cars in stock. Why did your system allow me to book a car ? She told me she’d call me in one hour , it’s been 4 hours and I haven’t heard anything. Tried calling the branch and I’m left on hold.

  I book a car as it was shown to be available at the website and received a confirmation email. I took an uber all the way to the branch after doing the early checkout at the hotel. When I arrived at the branch, I was informed that they don't have any car and their website is not accurate. This totally ruined my plan and wasted time, uber fee and late check out I had from hotel. What was worse is the attitude the branch manager Shiva showed. She was not apologetic about the situation at all and just said there is nothing she can do. The way that she didn't take any responsibility and responding unprofessionally as she doesn't care at all was very upsetting. If anyone is planning the trip from Enterprise and especiailly from this branch with confirmatiin email, make sure you call them as their system is not working at all.

  Malgré certains changements de dernière minute, Wilfred a su trouver une solution pour nous satisfaire et a été d’une grande efficacité . L’équipe a l’air bien en général et le service est très agréable. Je recommande.
