It was my first time renting a car at this location, and even though it was quite busy and I had to wait a bit for my vehicle to be returned by the previous renter, once it was back I was quickly taken to the vehicle and signed the contract and was on my way in just a few minutes. My trip went great and then the return process was quick and easy as well. Since I had my credit card saved in my account, that saved a lot of time. The associates were friendly and efficient. When I need to rent a car again, I will definitely return to this location.

I usually rent with Avis and have President’s Club status and travel about 35 weeks a year. I rented with Enteprise this time because there was no Avis option at YHU. What a treat! Customer service was top top notch both at pick up and drop off. I received a text while I had the rental in case I had any questions or issues. I have never had such a great customer service experience with Avis… ever… and it’s been 25 years. Will definitely be switching… hopefully it’s not just the Montreal locations that are great but plan to find out.
