  Pire expérience de location (je travaille dans la location de voiture), l’agent de comptoir était aimable comme une porte de prison, c’était affligeant, puis prétexte que les options offertes par bsp sont enfait payantes ! Je finis par lui faire comprendre que non, il ment sur le fait que je n’ai aucune couverture avec ma carte visa premier ce qui est faux, tout ça dans le but de souscrire à une assurance Et bouquet final l’agent amène la voiture, un suv compacte alors que j’avais réservé un pick up de catégorie SPAR, on me donne un VUS en me faisant croire que c’est un surclassement (discours classique de loueur quand ils n’ont pas la catégorie réservé) L’agent a été impoli et n’a absolument pas cherché à trouver des solutions J’ai dû appeler bsp moi même pour annuler la réservation… Bref si vous voulez évitez les problèmes, les arnaques et l’humeur catastrophique de l’agent FUYEZ Ps: à l’attention de l’agent de comptoir, songez à suivi psychologique si vous voulez offrir un service client convenable

  Des prix corrects même pour une réservation de dernière minute ! N'oubliez pas de prendre des assurances, un incident est vite arrivé !!! Le cas échéant, vous serez assuré de pouvoir poursuivre vos occupations dans les meilleures dispositions grâce à une bonne prise en charge !

  Worst car rental company I have ever experienced. I was told one thing, then upon arrival my contract changed as well as the size of the vehicle. The woman who served my great aunt and grandmother was very rude & was talking about additional charges that another representative never mentioned over phone during questioning prior to picking up the rental & I was also in the phone with her at the time my relatives went to pick up the rental. We were expecting an SUV and got a miniature SUV; I mentioned we’d have two men over 6 feet tall travelling I was told there’d be ample room. We were cramped like sardines in the back and front seats and the lack of trunk space was not ideal. It has now been 3 days since returning the rental, nobody has called, emailed nor texted. We have tried calling multiple times since the evening of returning the rental & still can’t get ahold of the company. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL LOCATION!!! You will be met with lies and false and misleading information. No names of staff are ever given neither so there is no way of actually specifying whom you many have already spoken with.

  Service parfait, rien à dire. Le personnel est clair dans ses explications. Les voitures sont toujours propres et agréables à conduire. Idéalement placé en centre-ville. Merci à l'équipe!

  I rented a car on April 19th at 12:00pm and returned it around 12:30pm the next day. The staff member who assisted us was very clear and efficient, and the return process was also quick and well-organized. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and all its features were easy to use. I will definitely choose to use this service again whenever I need to rent a car!:)
