- MJMike JonesAug 3, 20261.0Really poor service. I agree that the gentleman with glasses is really rude & miserable. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes, after the due time of out hire. I enquired after 15 minutes, politely, and was met with such a short, unfriendly response. Still no sign of the car. I will be raising a formal complaint. Update 15th August. I've now returned home & am unable to contact Alamo customer service. Therefore I will share my feedback here. The situation got worse, escalating & I was asked to leave. The was completely unacceptable. It scared my 3 children & wife. All I was asking for was why the rental was running late & I provided feedback, constructively, to the individual in the monent. This really impacted the experience, for this part of the holiday & I would ask for a serious & formal investigation into this please. I will never hire from Alamo & associated partners again.
